Laura Noonan is an expert facilitator with over fifteen years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, and project management. Laura partners with leaders of mission-driven organizations throughout the non-profit, education, and public sectors to help them solve their most significant and complex strategic challenges while strengthening their organizations.
She is particularly passionate about ensuring all students have access to a great education and has worked to improve the K12 education system through her work at Colorado Department of Education, Colorado Education Initiative, and Institute of Play.
Prior to these roles, she worked as a strategy consultant at Marakon Associates, as well as The Bridgespan Group, where she also recently supported the Leading for Impact strategy and leadership development program in Seattle and continues to advise on client projects. Most recently, she also served as a Senior Engagement Manager with Setser Group, working to catalyze equitable and sustainable solutions for the future of learning and work.
She received a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
